Its McDonald's!
This is honestly the worst McDonald's in the United States . I sometimes give in and come here as it's the closest to my house but they never seem to get things right and I always have to tell myself why do I always give them another chance . Aside from the fact that you have to wait almost 30 minutes to get your food through drive through they usually mess up your order . At this point I rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the next closest one to avoid the aggravation and frustration. As God as my witness I will never go there again even if it was the last McDonald's to survive .
You have a better chance of winning the lottery than this place getting your order right. The management here needs some serious help. McDonald's corporate needs to step in. There are tons of reviews with the same issues.
Drive through lied about being closed because they were too lazy to do their jobs. They were actually hiding so they wouldn't be seen until I called and they claimed to be closed. Next day was informed they don't close.
I love the banana strawberry smoothie. However, i was not available to have it today because the employee said that the yogurt came with it and she can not remove it. She even consult with other person and I was not available to buy it even when they CAN remove the yogurt. I suppose I will try other day or in other mac donald. Also sad that they are not selling the salads.
