Was helped by Pam, first on the phone and then in person. I ended up renting 3 units. Pam was amazing and really helpful. She explained everything perfectly and is a great ambassador for the company. A 5 star experience all round.

Our experience with storage sense has been incredible. The office manager, nancy, is always available to help us and has been more than accommodating anytime we've needed to switch units. we have had zero complaints and zero problems in the 8 months or so that we have used this storage facility. We have no problems with bugs and there have been no issues with tampering of our locks or anything of the sort. we are treated kindly and courteously at all times and the facility is spotless.
