I work here, it is a great place to work, part time and full time positions are always available for people who want to be package handlers. Highly recommend and has a great starting pay. At $15 an hour part time $16 full time as of November 1st

One day their drivers are going to hurt or kill someone with the way they drive these semis and large box trucks. Constantly being tailgated by their drivers everywhere here in Ocala. Out on I-75 in the left lane doing 80mph and I had a large box truck right on my bumper.ni should have just brake checked junior. You may want to send a company wide memo out about driving respectfully

It was easy in and the guy that does your trailer inspection was really friendly. The linehaul office never answers the phone so you don't know where to drop your trailer at. They basically just sit in their office and ignore you or are stuffing their face and not doing their job.

This place is huge. Very organized and nice people. My one complaint, this place smells really bad. I was in the truck trying to go to sleep and the smell drove me from the bunk. The guard at the exit gate said that it gave him a bad headache the day before. It's bad.

I have been waiting on a very large expensive package for 3 days now. Every morning I receive an update stating that the package has been loaded onto the truck and is out for delivery. Throughout the day I receive updates through text stating that the delivery is on the way. When I track it it says it's out for delivery. At the end of each day I receive another message stating that the delivery has been rescheduled for the following day. I have called over and over and spoke to several supposed supervisors who all tell me conflicting information about my package and what they can do to find it. I believe that this covid crisis is making everybody lazy. Everybody has an excuse why they cannot get their job done. Why are these big companies getting away with giving the public horrible service, horrible customer service, and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it and we just have to sit there and accept it. FedEx you have done this to me more than once and that is why I'm leaving you a review. If I was able to you would not even get one star.
