This is a McDonald's so really there isn't much to say. You tried one you've tried them all. My issues are number one the prices at McDonald's are the same as going to outback or pretty damn close. Second issue is because it is located in Hialeah, by default they speak to you in Spanish. I do speak Spanish and yes I am Latin but I was born here and primarily I speak English. I find it a bit disrespectful to assume everyone that rolls up speaks Spanish..
Don't waste your time unless you want to spend hours here or be ignored if you come in no manager employees rude pretend to be manager just nuts
I ordered an Iced Caramel Coffee and it was really REALLY bad. I had to throw it away...also when I said thank you to the girl, she didn’t even look at me, basically closed the window right after she gave me the coffee. I’m aware these people’s paid is very low, but c’mon, not even a bit of customer service...
If I want to explain myself with Spanish I’ll go to Spain or something right? But if you go here you have to talk Spanish or you can not explain to yourself. And after all that, they will give you your order but you can find hair in your food be careful
Friendly, professional staff. Very well maintained and clean. The meal was exactly how I requested it.
