SUPER QUICK, was here SUPER fast, Mr.Juan was very friendly & kind hearted, he was the best! Very amazing guy & got the car unlocked super quick! He was very professional, with a smile on his face & helped us alot! I would definitely recommend this company , especially Mr.Juan! I can’t stress it enough how amazing that man was. Very affordable as well! Thank you & Thank you to Mr.Juan for being awesome & great!!! Will definitely be in my contacts if i ever need anything!

We experienced a huge emergency and not only were they extremely catering to our need, but they were gracious and responded quickly! We were able to resolve the issue before they arrived, but I am still incredibly thankful for their attentive and quick response. They behaved more than “just a business” and more like caring human beings and that is a rare and difficult find these days, it seems. If we EVER need services they provide again, we will most certainly ALWAYS use this company!! “Thank you” simply doesn’t cover how grateful we are!

Locked myself out of my car and couldn't wait around. I called Be Secure. The were able to send a technician my way immediately! I also got a text message which included a photo of the tech so I knew who to expect to show up which made me feel very safe. The technician was very professional, prompt and got my vehicle unlocked quickly. I would highly recommend them if you're in need of locksmith services!

I called at 8am when the business opened The receptionist said the tech would be calling me shortly. At 8:20 I had not received a phone call yet so I called back and the receptionist said she would speak to the tech and he called me back at 8:23 and said he would be there at 9 AM more time passes and it’s now 9:07 and I called the receptionist back asking where the tech is she calls him while I’m on the phone and says that he’s less than three minutes away. I go on to express the urgency of the fact that I have a small child With me and i needed to use the restroom. Had she told me it was going to take over an hour to receive a service i have used several times i would’ve called another company. She had the nerve to ask me when i called back the first time why didn’t i cancel the request. I responded that i had already been waiting and wouldn’t want to start another wait time with another company and instead of criticizing me for why i chose to wait with a company i have used several times in the past, she should be criticizing the tech for his tardiness. She claimed she was just asking a question but this was obviously riddled with a condescending tone. Some how she completely overlooked the fact that had she given an estimated wait time the first call i made i would have made a better informed decision since all of a sudden there were appointments made the night before. She decided she didn’t like being criticized and tried to cancel my service that i had already waited 1 hr and 10 minutes for. I really like the tech Gary who was not the tech this time but this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with this company.

I got locked out of my company truck. Fantastic service right when I needed them. The technician was professional and covid compliant. I will be calling them again if I have another lockout
