We could not unlock our front door. Dan from Affordable Lock came to the house and did a thorough job. We thought we would have to replace the lock but he just replaced an inside $20 part. Now it works well.

This repairman was extremely professional, polite, timely and helpful. You cannot be but surprised at how good this call went. You always hope for the best, actually expect mediocre, and settle for job done. In this case it was hope for the best and get exactly that, the best!
Melissa is the woman we dealt with by phone to set up our service call, and she was patient and knowledgeable. Juan was the locksmith who came out. He was quite pleasant and professional, and excellent at his job. He got the new key made much quicker than i expected. It works even better than the original one! It is difficult to find our home but he took it well, lol, as well as the 10 dogs (between ours and the other neighbor's) who live on our dead end street out in the woods. We were very impressed and will use this company for any future locksmith work. Thank you so much, Juan and Melissa!
Couldn't have asked for better service Melissa the young lady on the end of the phone first said that I had to wait till the next morning I explained it was my bedroom door and my medication was inside I needed it she made arrangements the gentleman came that afternoon and was able to get me in to get what I needed I would use them again and I would pass the word around they were wonderful and Dan was very kind and did his job and was very professional thank you!
