Arrowhead Campsites & Mobile Home Park

This park is probably one of the lowest monthly rates you’ll find with a pool in Central Florida. There is a lot of full timers with a small portion upfront for short term. We stayed a month and met some of the nicest - hard working people while we were there... Full timers and passer-throughs alike.nLike I said above, they have a pool, laundry facility and on site showers. I believe they do a background check for the full timers.nnThe staff was always friendly and they keep up with the grounds for sure always mowing, trimming. They are fixing the road. All the personal are nice and willing to help. Is a quiet place and you have good neighbors campers. All they need for the 5 stars is the internet access.

Good friendly management , lots of new upgrades. Trees taken out that were dangerous. New paved roads throughout. I have been here one year. Kudos

we stopped in Arrowhead RV park for a few days because we have family that lives in the park. they are moving to another park soon. Our visit there we saw the sheriffs in there several times. we found out that in the back of the park there is a lady that has several trailers that ex-convicts live in and a couple up toward the front also. The lady that is in charge of them acts like she owns the park. She is very inconsiderate for she will park in the middle of the road and get out of her truck and you have to pull off in the grass to go around her. She drives down the middle of the road and expect you to pull off the the grass to let her go by. there is a drunk that lives in a rental that plays his music so loud a d party with the neighbor next to him all hours of the night so you cant sit out side or even get rest at night.There's another trailer a couple roads behind the office that needs to go to the junk yard.nThe only good thing I got to say about the park is the man that lives a few roads behind the office with the beautiful yard and a flower bed around his patio. I meet him a couple of time when I was walking my dog. He was very polite and his Pomeranian is so cute and friendly. The flowers on Arrowhead RV camp site is in his yard.nThe wifi sucks. If your lucky enough you can hook up but you still cant do anything with it. You have to pay for cable there and its just basic channels. lolnMy family is moving out come spring when they can find another park to move too. To many ex-convicts and homeless people in and out of the park all hours of the night. Cant sleep at night because of the drunks parting all night and playing there radio and them very loud.nMy husband and I will not stay there again.!

If you're looking for an affordable and pretty quiet place without a lot of bells and whistles, this place is good and basic. My favorite part is definitely the staff.... Charlie the maintenance guy is fantastic! Only gripe I have is that the WiFi barely works. It sucked to live off my cell phone hit spot for a couple months and work remotely, but I was able to travel and make due. Overall not a bad little place if you're not dependent on wifi. The community is helpful.
