Nobody knows what to do, why is it so difficult to get your order right in this locationnOnly thing I needed was an Iced caramel mocha, they added extra mocha without request. They don't even know how to make a simple drink, add extra mocha and mocha on top. These employees seriously need training

The guy that waited on me was very nice ....
Very slow... stood for 20 mins wile other employees stood around and never offered help or support to the team member who was struggling...
The service was fast and the food was good but, they put ice in all the drinks I had asked for none.
