Previously I have reviewed this location poorly due to issues I had seen in management. After repeated visits to the store I feel there has been a very positive change as far as communication, cleanliness, and customer service is concerned. Management had been more effectively communicating store hours and temporary closures, and I would attribute this to Britney and Jaime redoubling their efforts and I sincerely appreciate it. Thomas, Kiersten, and Sage have also arisen as top choice baristas, always offering service with a smile and a friendly greeting. I feel these three make the strongest effort to make customer contact, and personal relations a top priority during their work day. I rarely revise my reviews, but the exceptional service provided by these three has moved and inspired me. I look forward to being served by them, and if they make your beverage you can be assured they will make every effort to make your experience perfect.nnEdit; Abbey needs retraining on customer service and basic interaction. Incredibly rude. Pretty much threw my drink at me. Fortunately I’m a good catch.

Friendly fast service. I went inside to get my coffee. We would have loved to sit inside and talk and relax, but understand that they don't have seating at the moment as it is a small space.

Very busy but so worth the wait in line. I wish i had a better car mate though..... She was a dork to wait with! Try the cranberry cake.... It's ferocious and delicious!!!

Great location! Always satisfied with the customer service and products. Tip: Opt for inside service when the drive-thru is long it backs out to the road and gets a bit crowded and stressful. Otherwise, great place to stop for coffee and a bite to eat. Outside tables are nice.
