East Ridge High School

I unfortunately have not had great experience in this school in the least bit. My son was at Lake Howl HS and it was night and day in comparison. The staff here are rude and never have enough staff to be able to assist. They blow you off instead of being helpful. The main office has people that are always in a rush and don’t know anything. As a New Yorker I know what it is to be rushed but when it comes to your child you expect a better overall experience. I surely do hope that these reviews can help to bring notice of how they need to fix these issues because as they say our kids are out future. Very sad.

My brother is a senior he's done everything to pass his class and all he has left to do is take his final exam. Unfortunately we just recently had a death in the family and the school has not worked with him in the slightest. He's offered to take it afterwards or before and they refused. Telling him either he takes his test and doesn't get to say his final goodbyes, or he fails and doesn't graduate. What pitiful school would make a young man make that type of choice I am disgusted.

Mr. King IS my Mr. Favorite At He is the King of the East Ridge Knigts, One knight u-knighted. L O L SImply epic school just because of MR. King, he is my favorite, I love going to his class everyday, the teacher simply needs a raise, because he is the best teacher. In fact I love Mr. Kings Class so much that it might be the only reason I wake up and go to school in the morning. He really is just a genuine guy that makes the school awesome. Mr. King Is the rule of OK google.

As a student I have experienced what goes on in this school and how everybody acts and it makes me a little confused on why adults who have only been to the front office complain about the school that's just one small part when you walk in before your first period you are surrounded my teens. Everything is nice students are great and staff in the morning. Classes are great the teachers teach very good especially Mr.Prather I was upset on how one of these parents on here gave him such a bad word. He is a great teacher he does not bully he may joke around but he's not serious. But one thing that is not ok is the bathrooms they don't have toilet paper when ever I go in their and they don't have soap it may be due to the fact I go near the end of school and students have been in their but their still should be something there. The lunches are great!! Lunch is a good time every one gets there lunch and sits lines go fast. Overall this school gets a 4/5
