Magic moments is great. I recommend them to everyone I speak with looking for a daycare. The staff are friendly, direct (which I love), caring, most importantly love both my children as their own. My of my children (3 & 4) were able to say their abc’s, count, and have multiple nursery song memorized by the age of 2! I will miss them when our time is up.

DO NOT WORK HERE! the owner and office staff is super nice but the hiring boss/ manager is HORRIBLE! She does not know how to run a child care center. She creates drama between the staff and talks about everyone behind their backs. Shannon is never in the office. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to waist their time.

Today I called to speak with the owner Nancy on why my child was terminated from her facility. I called one time this morning and was told she was not in today and probably would not be in today, but I could leave a message and she could call me back. Hours go by and I still have not heard from her, so I decided to drive there to see if she had came in or not. I then drive by and see her sitting on the bench out front speaking with another staff member. My child’s father told me he had called and asked to speak with her and he was told “no! She’s not in today” by the office manager. I then decided to call to see for myself, thinking maybe I hadn’t seen her, maybe it was someone else I had seen? So I call and Nancy, the owner answers right away. I want to say, the lack of professionalism was unreal. When asking why my child was terminated she was very rude, I was cut off multiple times to listen to rambling on how they don’t have to give me information, it was given to his father and he should be relaying that to you. I had found out that there was a contract signed by his father that had both our names on it, but I was not made aware of. The contract stated myself AND my child’s father, NOT myself OR my child’s father. I was under the impression when a contract is stated like that, that both parties are to be notified. In this case I was told by Nancy that is not the case. My child was terminated for reasons I still don’t understand fully, I spoke with Nancy over the phone who made sure she let me know “she’s not at the center often and doesn’t really have time to speak with me” but that my child’s father should have relayed the message to me on why my child was terminated and that she doesn’t have time to answer these questions, every time I asked a question she reverted right back to that. I wanted answers from a daycare faculty I signed a contract with, not my child’s father and I still have yet to get an accurate answer on why it’s okay to not call me or email about what was going on. The last thing I was told by Nancy was it sounds like I’m asking questions my child’s father should be answering and hung up on me. I called to request my child’s records and was told there’s nothing in his file. I’m truly baffled by her/her centers behavior. We used this facility for almost 9 years now and can not believe something like this would have happened.nnI’m only posting this to bring awareness. Make sure when placing your child at a center you’re fully aware of any/all policies that are in place because I was blinded sided. I wasn’t aware someone could sign on my behalf and that they do not have to give me knowledge of a contract that has my name on it, but was signed by my child’s other parent, who I’m not married to. I could see if we were together/married, but not in this case. Please make sure you ask who can sign and make new contracts on your behalf and who can not when placing your child in a child care facility.nnOn 10/25/2019 - I’m updating my review also to state they do not regularly respond to reviews if you look through them there are not many, if any responses, at all but if you look at mine you’ll see they chose to respond that’s probably due to the fact they know they did something very wrong and have to try and cover it up with a fake apology statement. Like I said previously please be very weary of this place. They’re phony, they’re clearly tying to make up for something with that response. That should show you a lot there. It’s just sad this place used to be a great place to take your children.....

Very unprofessional staff, did not feel comfortable leaving my son there. They do not cater to any children with special needs. They made my son and I feel very unwelcome and made it seem like they were adaptable to all families, however they are not inclusive. The location is very dirty and staff is not qualified to take care of children.

As a former employee of this company I cannot recommend this place enough. I left Magic Moments for a better paying position ending up at a local competitors company and that experience greatly opened my eyes and called me to write this review. Seeing the drastic difference first hand from the inside out has absolutely blown my mind. The level of care that Magic Moments provides is moons above what any other child care center in the area can provide. The staff are some of the most competent and wonderful women i have ever met and the care that goes into their classrooms is unmatched. Magic Moments is a home grown, loving environment and is a direct reprensation of the care and love that the owners have (& continue to) put into it. Long story short I cannot recommend this place enough, I miss the Magic Moments family greatly and I hope your family gets the experience of being apart of their family too.
