Marco's Pizza

I was driving to the restaurant when I arrived I was on hold for 14 minutes I got to the front desk to order a pizza while I was still on hold I waited another few minutes they greeted me and took my order I asked who answers the phone here they told me they’re not answering the phones right now I told them that’s impossible I’ve been on hold for 14 minutes they had five employees there working a numerous delivery cars in the parking lot I think they could’ve answered the phone

We have gotten food from this Marcos a few times and never had a problem until tonight! We placed an online order and got it earlier than it said it was going to be delivered. We ordered 2 calzones and 1 cheesy bread. Upon opening the boxes after the delivery driver had left, we found out they only gave us 1 calzone and 2 cheesy breads. I called the store and was asked to hold. After a few minutes, he came back on the phone and I told them that we didn’t get part of our order and the staff member told me he would get a manager and put me on hold. After waiting a minute, he said they were too busy and to call back in 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and called back and was asked to hold again. After another 15 minutes on hold, I was hung up on! I called the store a third time and When the staff member answered, I explained again what happened and he asked if I wanted them to re-make it or give us a refund. I decided on a refund as it had already been 30 minutes of waiting and we were hungry. He said he would get a manager and put me on hold. A minute later he came back on again and told me the same story that they were busy and to call back again in 5 minutes. At this point, I’m done and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I had no complaints with the quality of the food I did receive, but the customer service is terrible In handling my situation! Do not bother with this location, they are extremely rude on the phone!!! Edit: I can’t even voice my concern to the website posted in the comments of other users as it tells me the survey is no longer working!

One of the best Pizza places. My son loves Pizza so we are ordering often. Marcos is one of our favorites.

Order at least twice a month. Delivery time is always less than expected. If picking up order is always ready. Staff is friendly. Pizza and bread is hot and cooked right!

Food was ready when I arrived. Staff were pleasant and food was good
