I’ve been a Jimmy John’s fan and promoter for two decades. Every JJ’s I visit makes the best sandwiches without any issues, except this location. The staff are just not good at their gigs... They don’t give you that Jimmy John’s energy or service. My sandwiches always have an issue with them. Always. I’m not picky, but there’s always something on it I didn’t want, or something missing. It’s just a strange location that needs corporate to come in to rev it up. Maybe the franchise owner needs to be more attentive? More training? I don’t know... just disappointed in this location’s walk-in and delivery services.
Great food. Good value. Fast service. Only negative is that they don't offer hot sandwiches. Online ordering works really well.
Anytime my meal is made complete and handed to me before I'm finished paying, you get 5 stars. Bonus that the subs are pretty good as well.
Never got my order. I checked my voice mail late that night and message was left they were out of sliced bread. Umm, personally I would have liked them to use their own judgement and use a different bread. made the delivery so I could have eaten, just explain the situation with an apology. I would have paid and tipped. Little effort was made.
We simply love going to your establishment. It is just a shame that during our last visits, your sandwiches, which are always delicious, have become smaller in size. They are nothing now like they used to be with plenty of meat and fixings. Are your prices any different now? no huh,but your sandwiches are.
