The experience was amazing and fun. The tour guides ere professional. We drove the ATVs for about two hours in which the the tour guide Ken made everyone feel comfortable even if it was your first time. There were a group behind me and my group and Ken quickly had us stop so that they could pass us.

We went to world adventures for my birthday. Ken and Taylor were our tour guides. They were very fun and made sure that we were safe through out the tour. I called and the guy that answered was very informative. He didnt mentioned the $500 deposit, but we did get it back after the tour. Ken and Taylor even helped a truck that was stuck in the dirt on the trail that we were on twice! That gave us extra time to enjoy the experience. The weather was nice. Would def recommend to bring something to wear over your hair/head bc it can be very dusty. We were on the trail for a good amount of time. We did'nt feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was fun and we would def make another trip there.

This was by FAR the worst experience, I’ve ever experienced in life. My family and I was discriminated against due to our race. We paid for the tour for a birthday surprise, Drove there 2 hours away after they called 2 days in advance to switch our time from 3pm to 1pm, which made it very inconvenient due to the fact I have children I had to accommodate child care over again. Once we all arrived I felt like I was being threatened by a 9mm, which was a statement that didn’t need to be made since we only came to have a good time. Then he mentioned after we signed all these papers he constantly through towards us that we can’t do certain things as in Wheelies, cat walks, and destroying their property which is not something we had in mind we went to have a good time, then we got thrown at us last minute that we had to pay a $500 deposit for EACH reservation on our party. Which we had no idea we needed that or we would’ve prepared for that. We then called the owner of the company she was blankly rude was not understanding and said she refunded us our money which we still have yet to receive a email that it was done. No one was on the same page, very unprofessional and rude. Inconsiderate knowing we’ve drove 2 hours to come out, to not accomplish what was suppose to be done. This is the WORST business I’ve ever spent a DOLLAR ON ! Do NOT GO !!!!
