Very nice and shaded
A little run down due to wear and tear with a drug addict hanging around the coastline. I would skip and find a nicer location. Lots of shade and a small parking lot. No other amenities besides a small grill and a few walking paths in the middle.
Small but packs a punch. Small walking areas and benches, right on the water, easy parking, what more can you ask for in downtown Pensacola?
Peaceful and pleasant, friends brought chairs, we walked and enjoyed the view. It's just the maintenance that had me giving 3 stars. It hasn't been mowed and the small black ants were awful as they were last week.
Clean and taken care off. Not as many crackheads as I thought.
