Public Storage

Was an AMAZING experience. Came to town because my mother died and my father was leaving town. That left my siblings and me with an entire house full of treasures. I was able to reserve on line with no issues! The facility is IMMACULATE - including the restrooms. I felt safe coming and going by myself. Employees were SUPER helpful. Climate controlled storage was available which was excellent!

Great place to do business with. Helpful and very efficient. They were patient and answered all of my questions and found the right storage unit just for my needs. They told me about the app so now I dont have to get out of my car to open the gate!

Shannon and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the help with vendor delivery notifications and their effort to go the extra mile.

We have had climate controlled units at this facility on a number of occasions and this last time for over one year. When we opened our unit 2 weeks ago, our boxes that had been stacked were leaning over. Water had soaked through the cardboard from the floor. I immediately got the employee in charge and it was discovered that water had leaked in from the outside through the floor. This unit was directly on the back wall. The employee showed me where the water came from as the caulking that was on the concrete floor had disintegrated.nFortunately for us, most of the soaked boxes had items stored in plastic bags so we were able to take them out, dry them and place them in new boxes at the unit. Unfortunately one of the boxes contained our winter clothes and ski jackets. Everything in the box had either mildew stains or smelled of mildew. I took our items to the cleaners and hope that most if not all are salvageable. I am waiting to get the items back. I contacted the district manager about paying the cleaning bill. She told me that Public Storage was not responsible because we didn’t purchase their insurance but being an attorney, I knew this was a ridiculous position as the contract of providing dry storage in a climate controlled facility had been breached. I was told that someone from corporate would get back to me but I haven’t heard anything yet and doubt that I will.
