Reasonably priced, air-conditioned, clean units. Excellent security. Nice that they provide equipment to move items from vehicle to storage (Carts, dollies, etc)
I have had units of various sizes at this facility periodically since 2010. Cathy, Cat, and Charlie have been a delight to work with. Their customer service is fantastic! The units are kept very clean, prices are reasonable, the gate and coded entrances provide a reassuring level of safety, and there are carts & hand-trucks available to easily move your items. This facility stays pretty full. I have previously transferred units without any issue when the size I needed became available. I highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs!!! Thank you for all of your help ladies!
The upbeat and friendly team of Cathy and Cat must love their job as they are positive, helpful, and a delight to work with. Their follow-thru is top rate. When they say they will get back to you when a storage unit becomes available they do so without fail. Refreshing to find this level of integrity when you are already dealing with the stresses of moving!
We are the in the process of combining households and our need for temporary storage increased ten-fold when one of our houses sold more quickly than expected (yay!) Thank goodness for Cat 1 & Cat 2 working with us on storage solutions! Your people are THE BEST!!!
