What an amazing little airport. Great, helpful and friendly folks. FBO has a great pilot lounge. Can't wait to land here again soon.
The only place in Kentucky I've flown to where they yell at student pilots. Not polite or welcoming, very distracting. Avoid!
Great EAA chapter and super friendly, laid back airport. More Young Eagle flights than anyone in the state!
We had such a great time at the airport on October 19. Doug showed us around and took my husband up in his ELSA taylorcraft replica. We ended up the evening by buying his plane. They are delivering the plane to us-- 5 driving hours ( not sure how many flying hours that will be. Haha) this coming Saturday. Everyone there was super nice and treated us like we were regulars there. Hoping Eli will be travelling with them when they deliver Lucy to us!!
