I ordered pizza to be delivered to my business. I was told the credit card machine was down when they tried processing my card, and asked if I wanted it processed again. I then said no I will pay cash for my order. I then had three charges being taken out of my account totaling $112.86 when my total order was $37.62. Which I paid cash for so I should have never been charged at all. I have called them several times with no one able to help me, and NOT ONE MANAGER EVER CALLING ME BACK...Each time I called I was told something different which is so pathetic and so hard to believe that the assistant manager is not trained to do a refund, a simple refund. This happened on the 6th of March and it is now the 15th and I still have NOT received a phone call. NOT GOOD sounds like fraud to me!! Time for my bank to get involved.

I seriously can't remember the last time I had a pizza done this well.... Wow guys..... Mad props to the team working the night of Oct. 9th, 2020 (I think my pizza tracker said Brandon was rockin' it out?).... I forgot chain pizza was even capable of being this good... This actually beats some of the locally owned pizza places I've been to recently, hands down...n....The love is real in this pie.

The card reader kept giving the cashier a problem and it was annoying me because I would put my card up and had to pull it out 6 more times. Other than that the staff was very kind.
