Easter morning, I locked my keys in the ignition at church. I expected a much longer wait time due to the holiday but our locksmith came out ten minutes early. Bill C. was fast, funny and professional and within a minute of the tools being in his hands we were set to go. Happy Easter Bill, and thank you for the help!
Did the job and it didn't take long gentlemen was very quiet but nice very satisfied
Our family was out of town and we left the pet sitter the wrong house key. After a long night and other business not showing or saying they will call us and leave us hanging, we called at 3am Ace Unlocks and they save us big time!!! David answered the phone with the best attitude, and the best customer service. He got there very quick despite the distance! He communicated with us the whole time through text and with our pet sitter who was on site! He let us know clearly our choices, what to expect, price and how everything would work. Honestly, in my opinion for showing in the middle of the night and unlocking your property it was really cheap! He helped us solved a huge problem! I really can't thank him enough for quickly helping us solved the situation even though we were out if town! It shocked me how easy and smooth, and quick everything went after not being able to count on another company to do the same or even communicate they would not do the job! Quick and easy. They reprogrammed the key and sent me on my way. Very nice and easy going. I do have to say it will tell you to turn at the train tracks but it's right past the tracks and its quick to get up on you. So keep your eyes open for it.
