I can’t say enough great things about Tommy! I locked myself out of my house Wednesday evening and didn’t have a spare key. I called American Lock and Safe because their reviews were high, and I was not disappointed! Tommy came from downtown (I live in Ferry Pass), arriving very quickly. He was friendly, kind and knows what he is doing! I was in my house with a spare key in less than 15 minutes. And for a very reasonable amount. Thank you so much, Tommy! You’re the best!

I just had the most awesome experience with this establishment. I had a safe that I did not know how to open. Told them about my situation and American Lock and Safe walked me through finding serial number and doing research that enabled me to open safe. I will be forever grateful. Mr. Tate went well beyond what normally would be done. As long as I'm able I will only use American Lock and Safe for my key and lock needs.
