You will not feel out of place here. I started their Yin class shortly before moving out of state, and it is one of the things I miss most about Pensacola. The class is relaxing, and no one makes you feel uncomfortable. Their Yin practice helped with my stress, and I have taken it home with me. As soon as I knew I was leaving town, I picked up a bolster and noted the poses. I appreciated the diversity in the students- age, body type, race, etc.. Regardless of your fitness or yoga level, you’ll love it here. I also loved that you didn’t have to bring your own equipment. It was one less worry to remember in the morning before work. I plan to catch a class next time I’m in town

I am so glad i came upon this studio. They are very community drive and the owner takes time to get to know everyone and is very genuine. The place is a place of no judgement, community and good instructors. They have yoga workshops, pilates, barre and retail. They also have little makers supporting community every season. It feels good when you enter the studio.

I got my butt kicked in the TRX class and it was wonderful! If you want to change up your workout routine, or challenge yourself, this is such a fun and encouraging environment to be that you don't feel intimidated going into it. Go in with an open mind, and you'll leave feeling proud for pushing yourself and stepping out of your comfort zone.

Be aware you have to arrive ON TIME! Or you will be shut out nobody is at the front desk no body is answering the phone. The studio door is not close completely I can see people walking around inside but nobody is responding. When I signed up the class, I did not see anywhere reminding me you can’t be late for class or you have to leave. I arrived 3 minutes later than the class start time because the fog and morning traffic. I drove 45 minutes one way here then I have to go back wasting my time.
