I recently visited with a large group of my friends. Our server, Krissy, was outstanding and the most patient person I have ever met! She served at least 20+ of us all by herself along with other customers in the store. There should have been another employee, but Krissy definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were all served. She was very passionate about her job. We will definitely be going back again soon!

We stopped by for some ice cream after dinner. The lady working there was doing her very best. However, with 20-30 customers in the store, there was only one worker. I find this to be unsafe for the lone worker and also not very professional of a business. We had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our ice cream. We left a tip as it was not the lady's fault and she was working hard and being professional. I do not intend to come back as there should be at least two workers on any shift for a place this size. The wait is too long due to this issue, and the lone worker clearly has more to do than should be expected out of a single person.

Our first visit to Sweet Cone Alabama was amazing!! The employee, Chrissy was exceptionally professional. It was very busy and she maintained a very sweet attitude. The ice cream did not disappoint! Will be visiting again.ud83dude0a

I usually don’t do reviews, but this place is awesome! I went in on November 21, 2020 around 7:00 pm with 6 of my kids and both of the young lady’s working were outstanding, patience and very helpful! Wish I would have gotten there name to give them the credit they deserve. Well worth the money and time! My kids all say this is the best ice cream shop they have been to!!

Lee was an absolute doll to be around while getting ice cream. So sweet and caring. She took out extra toys for all the kids to play with and even gave my daughter some free gummy bears for her birthday.
