First and foremost I have to say that the staff and management have always been so generous and helpful. They are always patient and answer my questions and concerns and do so with the utmost urgency and respect. I no longer live in the area and continue to store my things because I know there is no better place then this. If you need a storage unit this place should be at the top of your list. It's secure and the staff is incredible.

I would like to recommend Safeguard Self Storage to anyone needing that extra space necessary as we Floridians have very little in our homes. Not only are their facilities very well maintained, they go above and beyond to ensure our lockers are absolutely secure. This gives me the piece of mind knowing I’m not just an account but a valued customer.

Stay far away from the storage facility! I was a loyal customer for nearly 4 years. I always paid on time! Sometimes early! For that loyalty I was rewarded with a $17 increase from one month to the next. When I confronted the manager “Maria” about it, she said “ We have the right to increase every 9 mths.” A few dollars, I can understand by nearly $20 is highway robbery! Don’t trust this place! There are many other choices within a couple of miles that won’t strong arm you with a HUGE RATE INCREASE!

A secure, clean, and technically advanced self storage. But it's a whole different ball game when the customer service exceeds the quality of their location!! I recommend this location to EVERYONE!!

This place is immaculately clean and safe.nnThe staff, especially Christine and Maria are FANTASTIC. I had an issue with my credit card which might have affected my auto payment. I called and spoke to Christine, who helped to resolve my problem immediately. When I called the next day to give my new card number, Maria already had my information and knew exactly what my problem was without having to explain it again. I was so impressed with the communication between co-workers. They both did an unbelievable job on making me feel important as a customer and valuing my business.
