Best storage facility in South Florida! Cindy is incredible. She went out of her way to make sure my storage needs were met. Everyone else there is super friendly and the place is always clean. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone in need. Don't hesitate, call or go there now!
Rented there for several years only to move out over a $25 administrative fee for a unit that I never used..... so much for customer service. Spent well over $10000 there storing over the years. There are plenty other storage facilities which are cheaper and much more customer service oriented.
Highly recommend this facility! The manager Cindy, is amazing. Very friendly and helpful to find the perfect storage fit for your needs! 5 STARS! Great customer service is very hard to find these days.
By far the best storage unit ever.... and I've had a few… the employees are super super nice and always try their best to take excellent care of me. I would recommend this storage unit to everybody
I have to say that I am impressed with the professional and customer service. I left my personal item outside. The site supervisor was able to locate my lost, retrieve, and have it back in my custody with in a short time. Cindy is the site manager who went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased.
