Atlantis Academy Coral Springs

This is the best school for students that need extra support in the classroom. I disagree with the previous parents comment. A student has to be near grade level and capable of passing their level assignments and tests. If a student can not pass they offer an awesome transitioning program called LIFE. My granddaughter graduated with a special diploma and we were well aware of her levels in 9th grade. We didn't expect a regular diploma because we understood our child's academic level. They don't just pass out diploma's, students must earn the diploma. Atlantis Academy worked on her math and reading comprehension and in the end brought her up by two levels. They use the IEP's as a guide and they will also attend your child's IEP meeting if needed. I highly doubt that paperwork was miss treated. Every document I have ever requested is forwarded and received within a few days. Please send your child to Atlantis Academy it is a nurturing loving family atmosphere.

Would advise anyone considering to bringnntheir student to Atlantis Academy to thinknntwice. They don't keep up with IEP goals fornnstarters. My daughter's IEP records,nnnuerology report , and speech reportsnnmysteriously disappeared from there office,nnafter requesting them to transferred tonnanother school.nnI am also extremely regretful I allowed myselfnnto be persuaded by the staff at Atlantis intonnchanging my child's educational track from annhigh school diploma to a special diploma ,allnnBecause IEP modifications were not beingnnimplemented .
