Great service, tasty appetizers, especially the octopus but the main courses were nothing to write home about. Ordered the lamb chops, asked for medium rare and the thicker lamb chop was completely rare. Notified the waiter who simply apologized. Overall the taste of the dish was mediocre. We also tried the spinach pie which was also mediocre and quite oily. Considering the price for two people ($94) we expected better quality food.nnUpdate: Adding a star to my review solely based on the outstanding customer service from management. The fact that they took the time to reach out and attempt to correct the problem says quite a bit about this establishment. I hope to give this restaurant another try when I'm back in the area.

We always have a great experience at Ethos Coconut Creek (we are regulars). Brunch, lunch, and dinner are amazing. The food and drinks are tasty and great quality. The staff is amazing. Today we had Enrique as our waiter and he was very attentive, personable, and helpful. I recommend Ethos anytime.

Amazing food and better service. We were fortunate enough to have Miguel as our waiter. He was both warm and knowledgeable. He explained all of the Menu items to us and made suggestions based on our preferences. We also received a warm greeting and friendly conversation from one of the managers on duty, Christopher. We will certainly be back again!!!

This is my second time dining here and the both times the food and service have both been excellent! Lorena was our server today and she was wonderful. Definitely make sure to try the lemon soup and baklava cheesecake, they are a must have! Though you can't go wrong with whatever you order ud83dude04
