The team in store on Jan 2, 2020 around 530pm was absolutely busting their back making smoothies for customers. This was a team of two, one on register, one making smoothies in an extremely busy location next to an LA Fitness. They were one of the hardest working teams and although our smoothies and the staff attentiveness was great, they can use an extra hand for the amount of volume that comes through the door. You can see them working their tails off!!! Hats off to this team and should be rewarded for such a marvelous job.

Just went there this morning, ordered my smoothie, waited patiently. Then a guy came behind us, ordered his, paid, and waited. But he must have known the guy behind the counter or something because he was talking for a bit to him, then his smoothie came out way before mine, so i was a little irritated as I went to go grab what i thought was my drink but wasn't, it was the guy that came way after me. (and no not a mobile order, he paid at the register) My time is valuable too, I don't appreciate that kind of service. To boot, my smoothie was awful, so first and last trip here!!! terrible service, young kids, putting their friends ahead of customers....

My visit unfortunately wasn't up to my standards. I opened the door around 1120 on a Friday and no one was inside. The water in the sink behind the counter was running so I figured the associate was in the bathroom and I'd wait. I wouldn't expect someone to leave a sink running and be gone. I sat there for over 5 minutes until someone else walked in and suddenly 2 associates emerge from the back. One associate makes eye contact with me and still takes the other customer's order first. My own fault for sitting and waiting thinking that I should wait patiently for someone to assist me. In my opinion the smoothies taste like powder and the service is awful for the price they charge. If you have the time I would reccomend Jamba Juice across the street as their smoothies are better quality for the same price.

Ordered a drink tried to call them 4 times to ask for the exact location 4 times no answer need my refund back and for you guy's to learn how to.do buisness

Smoothie king in West Boca Raton is tucked away near LA Fitness in Mission Bay Plaza.nFriendly staff, but the service was a little slow.nnThey were slightly busy and two customers behind me were served their smoothies before me.nnThis is not a problem, but 4 stars is accurate; in my opinion.
