I pulled up to an empty parking lot. I had to check to see if there was a sign on the door for closed. They were in fact open. When I walked inside I made it to the counter before two employees, one female, one male stumbled out of the back area to greet me. That happening already made me feel under valued as a customer. I was charged 10 cents more at this location for adding peanut butter to my smoothie. So, I’m going to go to the location that charged me ten cents less moving forward. I wasn’t told about the smoothie king rewards program. I had to ask about it which was also poor service. The location is clean and plenty of parking. It’s located in a newly built up area.

I placed an order online for delivery. They sent me the wrong smoothie. I called them to complain, they said they could not send me another smoothie because it was delivered through a third-party. I asked for a refund, they said they could not refund me my money. I spoke to the manager and asked to speak to the owner and they said they could do nothing for me. I called corporate and corporate said they would contact me back but still have not. I have never been so disappointed. I order 4 large smoothie paid $8 in delivery fee. I was told I had to bring the smoothie back for a replacement. I told them I could not bring it back that’s why I had it delivered. They simply said there was nothing they could do for me! What type of customer service is this? Don’t order from them!

My wife and I love going to Smoothie King. We’ve been to some that are so-so and others that have helped us a lot in refining our favorite smoothies. The one here was a good one. Best so far. Christopher and Malik were great. Chris has amazing customer service skills and helped walk us through the add-ones (which we’ve never tried before) and Malik made a mean smoothie! 10/10

Smoothies are normally good. Today we arrived at 8:53pm, and doors were already locked. Granted, I also work in customer service and know what it is to get a customer at near close time, but closing time stated 9:00pm.
