Going to True Change Fitness has really been a great addition to my heath and wellness routine. I can account the progress so far on reaching my weight loss goals to True change fitness trainer Tavian , he has been a great motivator and of course an awesome trainer. The place is super nice and comfortable . Absolutely recommended it .
True Change is the perfect setting for anyone that’s nervous about starting, or getting back into the gym. Both the staff and the place itself are so welcoming and just refreshing. I have officially been a member of True Change for a month now and I could not be more excited about the change I’m seeing. After feeling stuck at the same weight for about a year, True Change has been exactly what I needed to gain my motivation back.
I’ve been going to true change for 3 months & ive gotten amazing results! Tavian has been my trainer & you can tell he’s super experienced. He makes training fun. Jose is also very kind & gives great customer service. Training at true change is amazing & truly worth every penny. The name says it all!
