Awesome yoga studio! I highly recommend Vikky. Her hot yoga and raja class is an awesome way to de stress throughout the week.

I have been a member of Evolution for two years and I love it! . It is a beautiful and clean studio-gym. They have different classes with convenient schedules for me. All the teachers are great. I love to take bootcamp, TRX, Love Spin + core with Tresa Anderson. She is fun and knowledgeable.nI also enjoy Hot Power Flow (hot yoga) with Barbara Fretes I really recommend this place as they have a good environment, cool people, and good music!!

I've been attending classes regularly at Evolution Yoga since it opened and I can't say enough about how wonderful it is. There has always been something for everyone but I now have even more LOVE for this studio. They have handled everything amazingly well during this time of uncertainty and I have been super impressed with their safety precautions during COVID. Whether you are interested in face to face classes or live virtual classes, the quality remains the same. Thanks for a little sanity in a pretty insane world. XO

I just moved to Flagler Village and I miss this studio so much. I have struggled to find a studio anything like Evolution. The classes, fitness instructors, variety, quality, ambiance, equipment, and convenience were the perfect balance! If you;re a student, I suggest doing the auto pay for unlimited classes because they are SO worth it. I love my new home but part of it was also this studio! Consider yourself extremely lucky to have this studio. You just have to keep trying by exploring the classes, teachers and motivating yourself to take on the challenge!

fun class but bathroom filthy.. Droplets of period clots smeared dry on the toilet seat..
