I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place ! Craig the owner & head trainer genuinely cares for each of his clients. It will be almost a year in March that I have been attending and I still look forward to going. Classes are always different, fun & clean environment and most of all very motivational.
I needed to make a change to my fitness routine and this is the best training, the best team, great friends, Excellent classes and flexible schedule. Trainers are amazing and full of energy. Great atmosphere to workout and super clean environment. Highly recommended!!!
If you want knowledgeable, charismatic, genuine trainers sign up here! The best gym in Coral Springs, and dare I say it in Broward County! Completely changed my outlook on fitness!
