Marco is a great coach! He motivates everybody and ensures you're exercising in the right way. His online classes have a fun and light atmosphere. And an added bonus, it only takes a couple of minutes to join them. That is the time to turn your computer on and place your mat down. I'm always looking forward to the next one!

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer coach Marco, he is eager to help and will take time with you. Also he understand what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.
