The space is spa like. The room is kept fresh smelling and clean unlike other hot yoga studios. They provide everything even yoga mat towels are a nice bonus so the mats are gross from prior people. The cold towels for the eyes at the end of class is a really great touch. My new fav studio.
I have been a student & employee of The Yoga Source for 8 years now. It is my second home. Since being here, I have become healthier, happier, & calmer. There are classes available for every level of fitness.
Very clean. Too spiritual for my wife. She didn't feel welcome.
Best energy Studio.
Very clean facility with lots of different classes for the novice to experienced yoga. The instructors come around to check you’re properly aligned to engage the correct muscles and stretch. After the sessions, sometimes you are provided chai tea; so lovely.nnThe waiting lobby is cozy; you can leave your shoes out there and bring your bags into the yoga rooms. The temperature was great in my opinion. They have spare mats, yoga blocks, and yoga straps which, I don’t find in many places, I truly appreciate the convenience this location has because those items are so helpful.nnI haven’t done yoga in years and my first class in ages was with JOY for Hatha yoga. She is fabulous; she is so soft spoken and checks on everyone’s posture and alignment, considerate of your body’s limits. I look forward to my next class at Yoga source.nnThank you to the entire staff!
