LA Fitness

This is a nice facility, with a lot features, nice ambiance, nice people in the front desk, ready to help up to their limits. It deserves five stars, however here is why I set that to three. The reason I am going to the gym are purely under medical request. Unfortunately, when I asked them for the location of a given machine, they addressed me to Mr. Larry, a person wearing “Trainer” polo. When I posed my enquire to him, he told me that he was ready to show me the machine, and a few others, explain me how to use them for which I would have to set up an appointment with him that would take about 1 hour to complete. I told him that all I need was to know where the machine was, that I knew how to use it, and that my physical therapist instructed me what to do, and I didn’t need more instructions. His answer was, textually “Go have fun”, and started to type in his computer like nothing happened. That sound to me like a verbal middle finger, which didn’t felt nice. Regardless I thanked him for his help, and informed the people in the front desk of the level of help they sent me for.nI don’t know, and don’t care what the relationship between Mr. Larry and LA Fitness is, but he should be trained on how to deal with customers, regardless of how good a trainer he is, but his attitude is not the best advertising for a company.nI wonder if he would answer in the same way to people of a different gender, size and/or age.

Excited to be back at the gym and feeling very safe! The workers here are constantly cleaning and sanitizing the machines and weights which I really like. They have spaced out the equipment so everyone has plenty of space. I can’t wait for the pool to open back up. And it’s always a plus being greeted by the GM Billy!! Would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice, clean gym that is taking all the precautions to make the members safe!!

been going here for a over 4 years it’s clean you never have to wait on equipment there is indoor and outdoor workout space sauna steam room and racquetball. This is the biggest gym in by country and in my opinion the best..ud83dudcaaud83cudffb

Just wish all the amenities I pay for were back open. They should offer a discounted rate for all the months we haven't had them.

I've been a member here for years and today, even with the spikes of Covid-19, three women were walking around without masks to be seen anywhere on their bodies, seven guys were wearing their masks on their chins or under their noses. I did not feel safe there, today, so I left. Masks are mandated when you're not using equipment, you are allowed to lower them when exercising. None of these people were using any equipment, so they were violating the health club's rules. I'm not happy. I pay my monthly membership just like everyone else. To me, it's like they're breaking the law. If rules are set, and you want to be there, abide by the rules.
