Always clean. Food is basic but good. Service is friendly. My main like is that there is always room to sit, including outside. My reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that the coffee is rarely hot, usually a medium to less than medium temperature, and I like my coffee hot. I don't know if they have warmers, but if they do they need a different brand of equipment.
The food at the Mission Bay Panera has been consistently good here and so far I have yet to be disappointed. But what really prompts me to write this review is the service here. As the staff are really nice here and I have had multiple good encounters here with the staff at this location for about a year and a half. So if a manager read this review, please commend the staff for being good people who make this place feel so homey.

I love Panera Bread. The products are excellent. But every time I go to this, I have problems with the service. There is a lack of more effective management and salespeople better understand the products.nJust refreshing that it is only in this location in Boca Raton. In the others, I never had any problems.
I like the food and social distancing adhered to, but the seating areas are dirty! The woman uses a rag to wipe stuff down but I don't see a cleaning solution. Floors are always filthy. Crevices in the benches and by the windows have not been cleaned. Need to do better!
