Ordered three happy meals, got two. In the two I got, they both had no apple slices. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, the sandwich was not only messily made but the lettuce was entirely brown. This was delivery so I couldn't even complain or make sure to pick up missing items. While they have forgotten things in drive through, its never been this bad before.

Quarter ponder was dry, too many onions. It has been sitting under the warmer too long. Not a pleasant experience. You can do better. Before you always had fresh & hot foods. What happen? Staff not attending to details.

Its crazy how even at 4:50 am in the morning with no customers, no line no wait, and them only taking cash I can't get a quality meal. First off it took 12 minutes for a manager to acknowledge me as a customer at the window. When I received my food no customer service was applied even from a manager. This is why Chic fil A is winning, i ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and the bread was hard to eat. You would think that my food would be exquisite with there being no line no wait. Nope and they want respect and more money I'm sorry this will be the last time I waste my hard earned money here. Sadly when attempting to call back someone answered with a belchud83dude06. Now I am receiving a busy signal for the last 20x minutes. Oh heres the kicker no receipt given.

Workers were rude and ignored me and made sure to help other people in the drive thru. Can’t make an excuse of one lane wasn’t working cause the guy behind me got helped after I moved to the other lane. On top of that found something small, hard and white in my breakfast sandwich and nearly broke my teeth in it, wish I could provide pictures but I’ll send those to corporate later on.

I have been coming here consistently for about 6 months now since moving down to Coconut Creek and not once has their ice cream machine been working! What’s the deal here?! Every time I want to take my grandchildren out for ice cream cones we leave disappointed. I wish the owner would resolve this problem, it’s getting ridiculous!
