Always friendly and fast service. Yet each and every time breakfast sandwich is ordered it’s hot outside and ice cold in the middle.nI’d love to give 5 stars expect for this.
I went to this location almost everyday for my drink . But what happen today totally change my mind about this location. I made my mobile order at 10:28am I show up on 10 minutes after. When I walked there the lady tell me :my drink is not ready yet. I’m find with that .I know they are busy ,while I stood patiently and waited. I realized other people that order after me had shown up on the bar , but people not there .. when I spoke up to her about my confused she ignored my questions then she looks at me said “ I understand “ what’s that mean????she so rude ! She didn’t apologized ... I waited store about 20 minutes for drink . Even though I made mobile order earlier Because she didn’t make drink by order number. I will never come back this location.
This Starbucks is the best in our area. They strive for fast service with a smile. Emily was kind and quick with our order,. The store was clean and welcoming today.
