Jonathan was very easy to work with and did a quick and prompt job of re-keying the locks to my new home. Setting the appointment was easy via email/telephone. Arrived on-time (early actually!) and not only re-keyed but also gave maintenance advice and other advice on how to better secure the doors. Highly recommended, I would definitely use again.
I wanted some advice about home security and called My Locksmith after the recommendations of a close friend. The staff was really very helpful since I managed to pick the best security door locks. I also liked that they came on time for lock installation and did a very good job. You don't find such good and dedicated technicians every day and I appreciate their professionalism.
Had Jonathan from My locksmith (found him on Google) come and replace a lock that needed to be moved up in one of our doors. He came the same day and very expertly did a tricky installation of the new lock in about 30 minutes. And he did some fine, delicate woodworking as well on the old door in which the lock was installed. A great job, and with good humour too. I would highly recommend Jonathan and My locksmith to anyone for any locksmithing needs.
