Nick is a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jason is tuff, caring, knowledgeable, a driving force helping you to achieve. I did one class with Josh and was also impressed by his approach. The gym is a quintessential CrossFit box. I wanted more lifting and I got it! This place has everything, everyone you need to become a better athlete and a healthier person.
Best CF gym in the area. I know because I've trained at almost all of them. This is the only box I've ever stuck with, and continually keeps me engaged and challenged. Jason, Justin, Robin, and Rachel are the best coaches around. Could not ask for a better gym/community

The cleanest nicest gym I have ever been. Awesome class beginners friendly but if your level is advance you are gonna be challenge as well. Highly recommended it.
