0 star service. Instructions on site should be more detailed regarding vehicle description. I called to be picked up and waited an hour. The vehicle for pick up was only labeled with 1/3 hotels that it picked up for. The hotel I parked at not being one of them. Whoever is in charge of labeling the vehicles is the one at fault. Drivers were great and caller receptionist didn’t even know that the vehicle was only labeled with one hotel name.
I had an excellent customer service experience with the staff. They were friendly and the service was fast! Upon my return the pick up service was quick and I got my car and was on my way! Its located very close to the airport and I will definitely use their services again.

Good service, close to the airport, parking was easy and the shuttle drivers were extremely helpful, easy to make a reservation throw the website
Using Tropical airport parking was my best experience, The customer service was excellent, Will use them from now on.
