It's quiet, clean and good parking. I love the rubber track. The only drawback is the track clubs are often there. The kids are usually very polite and mannerable but I don't like to walk when so many kids and hurdle bars in the way.

It's good that you can walk run it an play a little basketball I love soccer whatever you want to do at the park and it's in the nice location

Only fully public rubber track I've seen in Florida, having been to Ocala, Jax and Tallahassee actively looking for a public place to run that is easier on my joints/knees. Great job to the city of Gainesville. Also includes a decent set of basketball courts.
