I can't say enough good things about Parrish Physical Therapy and their therapist. I went the first time after a hip replacement and currently for lower back causing leg nerve and muscle weakness. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive...they want you to be well.
Everyone there was very helpful and friendly and patient.
I go to a gym to lift weights. I can't comment on classes, programs, or the wet area. Not a great gym but it's free with my insurance. If you want to lift, stay to the free-weight rooms. The senior citizens use the machine room and they get in the way & tie up the machines.
