Every time we go here we get confronted about our service dog, tonight the cashier called someone on us and when we tried to check out with a coupon she said it wasn’t on the card and even when I showed it to her on my cvs account she just dismissed it that she didn’t see it. Pretty sure she saw it and just didn’t want us to use it so I left without buying anything.
Called and asked about a specific product, was told it was in stock. I drive to the store and arrive to be told they are out of stock. The employee then claims he talked to me on the phone and offered no apology for lying.
We were here last year & used this CVS a number of times. It is 8:19 & still not open. No signage to explain why. About 5 cars have already left & we are leaving too.nThis is our 2nd trip to pick up the same Rx. Wait 1st trip was over 20 min & he was still saying it will be a little while
The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Never are they on time with refills and that includes times I’ve been told they were ready for pickup and then show up and they still weren’t ready. Would never advise using them unless it’s a must.
The staff including the pharmacist are amazing! They are a blessing to have in my community and life! Props to this pharmacy & especially the staff that made everything so amazing! ud83dudc9c
