I don’t come here often, prices seem to be high for the same exact stuff you’d get at Walmart/target for less. No complaints though!

I don't know what happened to CVS on 50 and Garden, but their customer service is absolutely horrible. The pharmacy is a joke, and that is putting it lightly. Refilling my daughter's prescription is a recurring nightmare with them. Dropped calls consistently after on hold for long periods. Customer service is poor when I do talk to someone. The pharmacy tells me to be proactive, so I call ahead, and then I'm told I can't call ahead. They get sent a 3 month electronic prescription, yet they can't have her prescribed meds in stock, so my daughter is consistently missing her meds, even up to ten days. I've talked with management, and they just talk in circles, with no concern. I guess I will be trying Walgreens.

Had appt confirmed via email and text for covid vaccine. Got there, not on printout and Medicare was down so screw me anyway. They won't give you your FREE shot if they can't bill medicare because the system is down. Just stand around and wait, old sick people. We'llgive covid to the healthy people instead. . So 10 people had been waiting for over an hour to NOT GET A SHOT.

They should come with a warning label. They dont have skilled Pharmacist wirking in this store.
