Last couple times I've went, I've waited on my mobile order for an extra 15-25 minutes in store because of a breakfast item ordered. I also saw other orders completed by the drive through window that were the same thing I ordered. I'm pretty tolerant usually, but watching others who just showed up and ordered mere minutes ago get served before me was disheartening.
The customer service was on point!
The mobile order here was smooth and efficient. A dedicated attendant was placed at the mobile order pickup to help people retrieve their orders. She was friendly and personable and fast tracked my order when I arrived. At most Starbucks now the mobile order is mass confusion with no one servicing it. This small addition made a big difference and I’ll always remember that when passing through Titusville.

This starbucks has steadily gone downhill recently and its so bad. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the line (which isn't that long)nThe baristas are downright rude half the time, only a couple seem to understand how to interact with customers. The worst part though, is that they NEVER make the drinks right anymore. If you call them out on it or ask for it to be fixed they give mad attitude and still usually don't fix it. I finally understand why no establishment wants to come to this town, how could you if you can't get half decent employees.
