I love this truck stop. It is my favorite on I65 in KY for the large parking area and dog walking area. The inside is always clean and I see many of the same faces every time I stop in and I have been coming here for 10 years now. Subway is always well stocked too and they did a good job maintaining their stock during the panicky pandemic first couple of months. Showers are small, but clean and great pressure and heat. However, I noticed today a homeless man is camped out in the center of the field despite there being numerous areas around this touristy cave area to camp. I hope they kick him out, but if they don't beware when you walk your dog at night. Carry your firearm. That's why I dropped a star from my review.
Stopped in for 2 feet of Subway and an Angel named Lexie made my sandwiches and my night! If anyone from the store reads these, please commend that young lady on her Outstanding customer service!
Walked in store number 392 with transflo and was lost finding machine but Desiree stopped while pushing a cart and asked me if I needed to transflo and I said yes and helped me. I work hard and appreciate that Desiree showed she cared. Good for Pilot
