Great service, greeted when I walked in. Went an extra mile by checking my car key battery before having me buy another one. Offered to check my car battery out since at times my car doors would not lock or unlock by key chain. Gave me a coupon for next time I needed to buy a car battery, which might be in the near future.nExcellent service. I think they appreciated my business and I appreciated their service.
Robert was super friendly and helpful! I thought I had a bad battery on one of my devices... instead of just selling me the battery Robert took the time to check everything and it turned out I needed a new charger for the device! Thank you so much for all of your help and your time! I will definitely shop there again, The customer service was amazing!
So helpful! My phone was messed up and when I took it in they told me it was probably something I probably could have fixed at home. Kevin was so helpful and did it for me at no charge. So friendly and just want to help you. Will be going back if I ever need another phone repair.
Great service! Very friendly and fast service, was having a issue with my iPhone 8+ charging port. They took my phone and cleaned the port out, working like new again! Highly recommend this store!
Helpful Staff - Efficient, Pleasant & Knowledgeable. Zach was extremely helpful and very knowledgable re: my car fob. I thought the store was very clean and well organized. There was dedicated parking and covid protocols in place. I highly recommended it to 3 other friends who were in need of batteries and/or light bulbs.
