Amazing place for women to feel comfortable and confident while working out. It’s so nice having a safe space in town.
I love Zumba classes and lifting weights on the line. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. They are constantly cleaning the equipment. I feel very safe exercising at GHF.
GHF - Women's Center is a great gym. I thoroughly enjoy working out at this safe, clean and energizing facility. The gym is conveniently located in Thornebrook Village and is ideal for shopping or eating after a good workout. I highly recommend.
classes and line are my favs. staff is always so friendly.
