If only 2.5 stars was an option. To start the sign in/ waiver system is convoluted and cumbersome. The gym staff had little concern for the safety of those climbing. The top rope/ lead climbing had some fun moves. The top rope already had a carabiner tied into the climber's end of the rope that is easily cross loaded. If you can tie a figure 8, then you shouldn't pass the belay test (which we never received). The bouldering area is small, short and uninspired. Most problems were completed in a few moves. On the positive side it's a place to climb.

My experience with Sun Country has been horrible from start to finish.nIf you have a child with any kind of special needs, I would avoid this place. My daughter was not treated with respect, and they dismissed her immediately and assumed she needed to be in a toddler class as a 4 year old. No steps were taken to ensure she felt welcomed or to slowly acclimate her into the class.nWhen I sent them an email entailing my experience but it was left completely unanswered. No one responded to the email or called me to discuss my experience.nnI had to call them to ask for a refund. They told me a refund would be granted, but instead of a refund they charged me again!! So now I have two charges on my bank account for $205 and I have over $400 tied up. I called to ask about what happened and the response was “I don’t know why you were charged twice”nnStill no manager has called me to rectify this situation. I’m sorely disappointed with my experience.

This is a business that does right by me.nI am taking a gym class and rock climbing.nThe customer service is 5 star! The facility is amazing, the classes are good, the instructors really pay attention to your form. Staff is also well trained and nice.nnThere are great gymnastic fields, a climbing wall, outdoor pool and I could go on and on.nnGo here and focus on your physical well being. You'll not be disappointed.

My daughter has been a Sun Country gymnast for 4 years and has LOVED every second. The teachers and staff are professional and are teaching her far more than I could have hoped for. Well worth the time and money.

We always had fun coming to this place, but there were some restrictions with what the boys were able to do during the free time in the family fun night. It's a bit frustrating to pay so much money and not be able to do flips and stuff simply because of the limitations on their insurance. We spent lots of money there and I probably won't be a member there again.
